There are no returns or refunds on custom items. Production does not begin until items are paid in full. Full payment is required to be made to TLP Brown Sugar Babies within 48 hours of custom quote.

Damaged Goods

No product leaves our studio in damaged condition. Insurance should be purchased, if damage occurs during transit, a claim should be filed with shipping company. Damaged products should also be reported to TLP Brown Sugar Babies.

Shipping

Shipment emails will be sent out with a tracking number once processed and handled.
